Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we need it, and who else sees it. It is deliberately short, because we collect deliberately little.
What we collect
- To deliver your order
- Your name, delivery address, PIN code, state and contact phone number.
- To communicate with you
- Your WhatsApp number and the messages you exchange with us about your order.
- To take payment
- The order amount and a Razorpay payment reference. See below on card details.
- In your browser
- Your cart and your language preference, stored in your own browser’s local storage. These never reach our server on their own.
Why we collect it
To price, fulfil and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle returns and refunds, and to keep the accounting and GST records Indian law requires us to keep. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — to take payment and issue refunds. They receive the order amount and a reference, not your address.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — order messages are delivered over the WhatsApp Business Platform and pass through Meta’s systems.
- Shree Anjani Courier and any other courier we use — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver the parcel.
- Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Tracking
We run no advertising trackers and set no cookies for advertising. The only things stored in your browser are your cart and your language preference, both of which you can clear at any time from your browser settings. We use no third-party analytics at all.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. WhatsApp conversations and delivery details are kept while they are needed to service the order and its return window.
How it is protected
The site and our systems are served over HTTPS. Access to order data is restricted to named staff accounts with individual passwords, and every change made to an order through our back office is recorded against the person who made it.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will act on the request within 48 hours, except where we are legally required to retain a record — an invoice, for example, cannot be deleted on request.
Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
