We dispatch from our gaushala at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and deliver across India through Shree Anjani Courier and other courier partners.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged by weight and destination, and is calculated and shown to you before you pay. Charges are billed in whole kilograms, with a one-kilogram minimum — a 1.2 kg parcel is billed as 2 kg, because that is how the courier bills us.

Timelines
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being confirmed.
- Delivery normally takes up to 7 working days from dispatch, and longer for remote PIN codes, hill states and islands.
- Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on a holiday are processed the next working day.
Fresh and local-only items
Some fresh dairy items cannot survive a courier journey and are marked as available for local delivery in Ahmedabad only. The checkout will not let you add them to an order going elsewhere, so you cannot accidentally buy something we cannot send you.
Tracking your order
You will receive a WhatsApp message when your order is dispatched. For anything else, message us on WhatsApp with your order code and we will tell you where the parcel is.
Addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your address and PIN code carefully before paying. Couriers make a limited number of attempts; if a parcel is returned to us because nobody was reachable or the address was incomplete, we can resend it once you pay the delivery charge again.
International orders
We do not ship outside India.
