These terms govern your use of gosttv.in and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by Lavanya Naushad Wadia (Proprietor), trading as GoSttv, GSTIN 24AQDPS3020K1Z0, at Block No 1702, NH 8, Near Aslali Fire Station, Opp Sultan Garden, S P Ring Road Circle, Aslali, Ahmedabad, 382427, Gujarat.
Products
We sell dairy products, ghee-based ayurvedic preparations, personal care items and pooja articles made from the produce of the cows in our care. Product photographs are illustrative; natural products vary in colour, texture and aroma between batches, and this is not a defect.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. The price shown is the price you pay for the item; delivery is added separately and shown before you pay.
- We sell on a prepaid basis only. Cash on delivery is not offered.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. The amount payable is the total shown on the Razorpay payment page, which is calculated on our server from current prices — not from anything stored in your browser.
- An unpaid order is held for 24 hours and then expires. Expiry releases the order; it does not charge you.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error and cancel an affected order with a full refund, and we may decline or limit any order.
When an order is confirmed
Adding items to your cart or receiving an order code is not acceptance. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received, at which point we send you a confirmation on WhatsApp. Until then no contract of sale exists.

Your responsibilities
- Give a complete and correct delivery address, PIN code and contact number. We deliver to the address you supply, and a delivery that fails because the address was wrong is not refundable.
- Do not resell our products as your own, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.
- You must be able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order.
Intellectual property
The GoSttv Gaushala name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control including courier disruption, weather and government restrictions. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which cannot be excluded.
Grievances
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 we name a grievance officer, whose details are on the Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
